Coco Madalena

Coco Madalena born December 7, 2005

Tucker posted a prayer for Coco our 2nd daughter on his post on Satellite Saint. I love that he is so articulate about these things. I am remembering her birth 6 years ago. It was a hard season but it was a good season of knowing God's faithfulness and cherishing and continuing to cherish every day of her life. I am grateful to the core for knowing that everything under Gods' sun has a purpose. Until we see you again my daughter - know that you are loved. Today we will bring Cocoblankets [a personal project we created to honor Coco and to help/comfort others] to the local NICU.  God is good. Carpe diem.

Taking the blankets is a beautiful way to honor Coco. It seems that grief that is worked out in some productive way blooms into beauty in our lives. From the pain comes depth and goodness. Thank you for sharing this.
